Yeh, I know I havent really updated yall on all the IBE happenings, but I'm so lazyy. But anyway..

Every two years my school puts up this Xmas show right, "Jole", and it's consisting of students and their talents. You cant just enter the show just like that, you gotta go through auditions right, so guess what! This white chick signed her ass up! Well, I didnt really want to, but since everyone was like "OMGOMGOMGGGG, STIIINEEEE, YOU GOTTA DANCE MAYNE!!11" I decided to enter. I was freestyling to James Brown - Give It Up Or Turn It Loose (In The Jungle Remix) and the judges must have enjoyed it, cause they chose to put me in the show. I'm not really sure if I'm happy about it or not tho. I mean.. the fact that they chose me for Jole is awesome, but now I've got like 2,5 months to prepare a show? On my own? T__T

Omg, I'll never forget this day man. I was heading for Cypher Zero to get my ticket scanned, when I found out my peepz where just around the corner. (Peepz as in some of bboys I've gotten to know through the enetz.) After walking around for like 29840294 minutes looking for him, I finally came across Adolfo. BEARHUGSSS. He had also brought his friend, Nick, who's superduper awesome too. ^^ Then we went chilling at some cyphers nawwmean. Like, we went to the Ken Swift workshop first and saw Dana and Alex doing their thing for a lil while, and theeennnn we headed over to the MacDonalds to meet TIMMY! ^^ Ahhh mannn, hugssss. xD The four of us headed over to the UK Bboy Championship for a lil while and ran into some other peepz there. THENNNNN, we went back to MacDonalds again to hook up with Dana. ^^ Funniest dude ever mayne. xD Even tho it was totally awesome to see all of the peepz, it was awkward to the max nawwmean. But yeh, w/e. ^^

Something totally awesome happened today mayne! Like I was walking in the streets right, trying to get myself some food, when I saw this group of bboys standing by a store of some sort. I was walking up to them and asking if they happened to know any local grocery store, and they were like "nonono, we're tourists too". Then they asked me if I was going to IBE and shizzle. And bayyuum, just like that, they were like "you're BGirlFreezinLegz right?" and I was like FORRRR REAALLLLLLL, WADDUP FUCKERS?

It's so damn awesome just to walk down the streets of Heerlen, cause there are like bboys/bgirls EVERYWHERE! In a matter of hours, they'll be totally outnumbering the other peepz lol.

So yeh, I went out shopping and got myself some new shizzle:

Heerlen

Ahhh, it feels so good to finally be here man. When we first arrived to the airport in Amsterdam, we had to take two trains to get to Heerlen right, though neither me or my dad had any idea how the train shizzle works. We got our tickets and went to Utrecht Centraal, just as planned. Then, we were supposed to get on a train to Heerlen right, though we had no idea Dutch trains freaking SPLITS! So of course, we had to sit on the wrong side of the train as it split, so we ended up in like freaking Maastricht instead. We met some really nice people at the train who walked us to the correct platform and even followed us inside. Dutch people are so nice man. xD Though I don't get wtf is up with all the freaking bikes lol. We arrived at the hotel around 09:15pm or so. (Van Der Valk Hotel Heerlen)

OH AND ZOMG, I SWEAR TO GODDDD,
LILOU ATE DINNER AT THE TABLE NEXT TO ME YESTERDAY!

After getting up at like 4:45 am, driving for like three hours to Flesland (the airport in Bergen), waiting like an hour for my flight, I finally arrived to Copenhagen. I arrived at like 11:10am or something and now I gotta wait four hours for my next flight to Amsterdam. No internet connection, great. ): I figured I could finish reading this book for school or something (”Livredd” by Norah McClintock), but meh. I’m too lazy lol. I rather just chill here, going through some stores or something like that and just take it easy.

A few days ago, I read something rather interesting on the Notorious IBE homepage. They’re arranging a some sort of video competition. It was something like ”make a video of your trip to IBE 2009 and you might win a free trip to IBE 2010.” I totally wanna make it next year too, so I’ll be making a LOT of pics/vids nawwmean. I’ll probably be posting some of them on my blog, though I’m saving most of it for my final ”my IBE 2009” video. Oh and btw, I will be posting up footage of the jam. ;p

As for now, I think I’m gonna force myself into reading the goddamn book, cause after all it’s for a school assignment. Gahh. T_T

New Year's Resolution

I didn't really have a resolution for 2009, but as my mom said she was gonna walk up Siggjo(some mountain where we live) once a week, it all ended up with ME joining her.

I'm not sure if we're really gonna go through with this, but it looks like she's taking this real serious. We rarely go hiking at all, though she got us clothes/shoes for 1300usd. Yehh, wtf.
I hope this will help me increase my stamina or something, 'cause oh em gee,
my stamina = for the ultimate lose. Also, I think this will do good to our mother-and-daughter relationship. :]

Ahh, they finally arrived!
Bought myself a pair of white Nikes @ eBay some days ago,
plan to customize them on my own.
Now I just gotta buy a bottle of 100% acetone and wait for my angelus paint to arrive!

I'm still not sure WHAT to paint on them, but it has gotta be something bboy-related.

Wow, this is gonna be my very first time at a bboy event.
I can't wait!
Got everything set. Plain tickets, hotel reservation, Boty tickets, EVERYTHING.
Even though Boty's not until the 18th, I'm gonna stay from the 16th to 20th in Braunschweig.
